We are here at Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin again. My name is Jody, camera on James. Today I want to talk about the Grand Caravan. The Grand Caravan is a vehicle that is good for whether you’re a young family or you’re getting into your older years, something that’s very handy, very easy to get in and out of, very good on fuel, 3.6-Liter Pentastar Engine.
This 2017 Grand Caravan SXT Plus has the Black Belt Black Top Package which you can see here on the grille, the light bezels, down below black belt rims.
One thing I want to show you about the Grand Caravan is the flat entry here that makes it very easy for people to get in and out of if you have problem with your legs. It’s easy to get your legs into, no threshold to get them up and over.
On this SXT Plus group, we’ve got power doors both sides. Just by pulling the handle that will open the door. You can close the door with your key fob.
There’s also a button inside here that will close that. And you can see on the inside as well with the Black Top Package you got black belt seats, carpet and interior.
And we go over around back here. Another thing that makes the Grand Caravan really nice is the lowest spot here for all your– whether you want strollers, groceries, all that kind of stuff, there’s tons of room and it doesn’t go anywhere. Stow and Go seating which is easy as the straps say all numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4; three, four, just that simple.
This also has a power back door. Here we go; and we don’t. Right, it’s a power back door when the key is on.
Here’s a look at the inside. The SXT Plus group does have DVD Player as well, as well as rear heat.
Okay, just so we can prove that we’re not lying, we got the power turned on to the rear tailgate here again. I just want to show you that actually does have a power rear hatch.
Okay, guys, we’re on the inside of this 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I want to show you a pile of options we’ve got on the inside here starting with something that you don’t see in all Grand Caravans is your power middle row windows and your power vented windows. That’s something that’s above some of the other levels of vans.
We’ve got our Bluetooth and Voice Recognition, Cruise Control and over here we’ve got our 6.5 inch Touch Screen. We’ve got Navigation Feature here. And we’ll show you what the backup camera looks like–Backup Camera.
Down here we’ve got our Triple Climate Control. Dual Zones for the front and then you got your Rear Controls here. A nice look at the console that this van has here. That’s hiding spots here, here as well. The finish is really nice.
On the key, you do have the options of your rear hatch here and your two doors, as well as Remote Start.
And then up here on the roof, we’ve also got some buttons here that you can shut off your automatic doors and you can open and close them from right there as well.
